It’s time to say goodbye to crazy carnival time with its many parties and colourful costumes – the time of fasting draws near!

This is why we are honoured to once again invite you to the traditional Herring Feast at Hotel Hofwirt!

Herring feast, 26 February 2020, from 6.00 pm

This year the kitchen team of the history-rich baroque gem in the centre of Seckau has created some special treats and delicacies around the theme of the traditional herring salad.

Look forward to specialities from the Ausseerland region’s fisheries, smoked and Grundlsee Lake fish and delicacies supplied by Seckau’s fisher Robert Michael Hoffelner. Oysters and caviar are also a must on the first evening after carnival time.

Enjoy atmospheric music while enjoying the dishes from the buffet in our rustic, cosy parlours!
